About Us
Founded in 2017 by co-directors Andy and Mikey Orchard, Orchard Blacksmith was born out of a shared passion for metalwork and craftsmanship. Both Andy and Mikey received extensive training in Blacksmithing and Creative Ironwork at Plumpton College in Lewes, East Sussex. Their unique blend of styles — Andy’s contemporary designs shaped through collaborations with established craftsmen, combined with Mikey’s traditional and organic approach inspired by artisan metalworkers — has allowed Orchard Blacksmith to take on a diverse range of projects and push creative boundaries beyond the conventional blacksmith trade.
At Orchard Blacksmith, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the strong relationships we build with our clients throughout every stage of the process — from initial design right through to installation. Ensuring our customers are delighted with the finished product and receive exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do.
